Back in Business!

Idag har varit en helt underbar dag rent träningsmässigt.

Elliptical

Stationary bike

Pulldowns wide 12x3x8
Pulldowns narrow 10x3x8
Benchpress machine 12x3x8
Leg extension standing 10x3x4
Rows sitting machine 12x3x7

BF
Yoggi, flax seed, coffe w milk

Snack
100g keso mini, 1 schoop protein powder

Post workout
1 cup rapberries, 200ml mini milk, 2 scoops pp

Lunch
1 whole egg, 3 eggwhites, 1 tomato, balsamic vinegar

Dinner:
1/2 chicken (no skin), lettuce w olive oil.

Total cal: 1314
